Shipping + Handling

 

We ship most standard orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-5 business days for transit time after your shipment has left our warehouse.  If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.  Items not available will be canceled.  Updates to merchandise availability will be on our website.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number with the estimated date of delivery.

Domestic

Domestic shipment is free within Canada.

International

We use express mail services (UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc.) for international shipments. Flat rate is applied for the rest of the world.

Please be sure that you provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of new order. We are not responsible for incorrect address given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. If items have to be re-shipped because they were refused or unclaimed due to insufficient address provided by you, then you will be billed shipping costs as stated in our Return Policy.
